Smashbox Limitless Lip Stain & Colour Seal Balm

I don’t often wear lipstick but when I do I don’t go out without my Lipcote on. Priced at £3.19 it is a total bargain that can double the time between lipstick applications.

Lip stain pens are this year’s answer to lipstick with lots of brands are releasing them, the Smashbox lip pen is £21.50 and claims to last up to 8 hours. Could the Smashbox Limitless Lip Stain & Colour Seal Balm encourage me to wear lip colour everyday? Let’s see…I like that it comes with a coloured balm as lip tints are famous for being quite dry.

My Tips on how to Apply your Lip Pen Colour:

1. Make sure you have completely clean lips – no lip balm
2. Now take the pen and line the outside of your lips with the tip
3. Then simply use the edge of the pen to fill in the colour
4. Apply the lip balm end

Here I am, I look very 1920s with my eyeliner...

The colour is really strong (I am wearing Sangria) and it does not transfer or rub off. I have tried a few other brands and the Smashbox Limitless Lip Stain & Colour Seal Balm is far more moisturisingthan its competitors.

I give Smashbox 2 thumbs up for intensive colour and I love that it comes with a lip balm, don’t think I’ll wear lip colour every day but I love it for a glam night out with the girls!
