Right now we are in the middle of Lavender week. Yep the smell of our grannies! Just don't under-estimate the benefits of it.
I am aving struggling to switch off at night and get a good nights sleep. As soon as I started using Tisserand De-Stress bath oil and EO French Lavender bubble bath, I have slept so well. I use both in a hot bath before climbing into bed. The first morning after I used this I noticed I had drifted off to sleep quicker into a deeper sleep. Ahhhhh heaven! Get ready for the bubbles!
Top Tip- Keep the bathroom door closed while you run your bath to keep the scent and heat in.
