I do think that the London Transport works really well. At least trains and the tube (really, you should come to Italy, the southern areas in particular and then you can tell if London's efficient or not). However, I do have a rant about it: Bus drivers never tells you directions. You try to ask them if they go to a particular road or if they know which bus goes, and they say the never know. Do they really think we buy that? Dudes work on buses, they MUST know the routes, and it is so impolite to not give that kind of info to foreigners and tourists!!!
